基于感知差异的多船会遇冲突评估方法

    Situation Evaluation for Multi-Ship Encounter Event with Perception Difference between Ships Taken into Account

    • 摘要: 为提高海上交通监管中的多船会遇冲突评估能力,保障船舶航行安全,提出一种考虑船舶感知差异的多船会遇冲突评估方法。采用水域自适应的船舶领域作为冲突量化的依据,综合考虑冲突中船舶间的时间接近度和空间接近度以及不同大小船舶对冲突的感知差异,构建有向的船舶冲突严重度量化指标;基于多船会遇场景中的冲突关系,建立多船冲突有向图网络,并结合冲突属性和网络拓扑属性量化节点船舶的参与度,确定多船冲突中的关键节点船舶。以浙江舟山一处受限水域进行实例验证,试验结果表明:该模型可准确识别不同大小船舶对冲突的感知产生的差异,对受限水域中的多船会遇场景进行有效冲突评估,为海上交通监管提供科学理论支持。

       

      Abstract: The waterway-adaptive ship domain is used to quantitatively evaluate the conflict between ships.The quantitative Index of conflict severity degree is defined according to the proximity between ships in terms of time and space and the difference of conflict perception between ships of different sizes.The directed graph network is composed according to the conflict relationship among ships.The critical ship(as a nod) is decided through analyzing the conflict attribute, network topology and the participation degree of nods.The situation evaluation method is verified with a multi-ship encounter situation in a confined waterway in Zhoushan, Zhejiang.
