晃荡条件下LNG-FSRU充注工况的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of LNG-FSRU Filling Process under Swaying Condition

    • 摘要: 以浮式液化天然气存储再气化装置(Liquefied Natural Gas-Floating Storage and Regasification Unit, LNG-FSRU)为研究对象,针对其常年处于水域中,受到波浪的冲击,船体始终处于晃荡状态,对其液舱充注过程中LNG的稳定程度造成影响的问题,采用Fluent软件,选取合适的湍流模型、多相流模型、耦合运动模型等进行数值模拟。假设初始液舱内LNG已发生分层现象,在晃荡条件下对其进行充注,仿真液舱内部LNG的扰动变化过程。通过控制变量法,分别设置多组不同的初始分层温度、分层密度和分层高度的情况来进行对比分析,得出的研究成果对LNG-FSRU充注过程中控制LNG稳定性具备一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The impact of swaying motion of LNG-FSRU on the LNG stability during filling process of liquid tank at sea is studied.Numerical simulations are performed by means of software Fluent with suitable disturbance model, multi-phase flow model and dynamic coupling model.The LNG initially in the tank is assumed in layered state and the filling is carried out under swaying condition.The state change of LNG in the tank under the disturbance is studied under a variety of combinations of initial conditions, different layer temperature, layer density, and layer height.
