绞吸式挖泥船绞刀切岩数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Rock Cutting Process with Cutter-Suction Dredger

    • 摘要: 针对挖泥船绞刀挖岩过程中绞刀切削力难以预测的问题,应用离散单元法建立了模拟绞刀切岩过程的模型。通过虚拟巴西劈裂试验和单轴压缩试验对岩石重要参数进行标定后,建立了软岩的bonding模型,结合Solidworks建立的绞刀三维模型进行切岩模拟。在绞刀切岩的离散元仿真中,得到绞刀挖岩过程中的切削受力,并研究绞刀在不同工况下对绞刀切削受力的影响。结果显示,切削形貌及绞刀受力与现实基本相符,这些结果可为新型挖泥船绞刀设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The model of rock cutting process is constructed with discrete element method.Rock parameters are calibrated by means of virtual brazilian test and uniaxial compression test, and the bonding model of soft rock is built.The 3D model of the cutter is constructed by means of Solidworks.The forces on the cutter during the cutting process under different working conditions are studied through simulation.
