Operational Reliability Analysis of Gear-Rack Type Ship Lifter

摘要: 升船机的运行可靠性对通航效益影响重大。根据某升船机试通航以来的运行数据记录，以设备可靠性分析作为重点研究对象，结合可靠性理论建立了该升船机可靠度计算模型，对升船机运行可靠度做了计算分析。在影响可靠度的各类故障中，驱动机构故障比例最大，传感检测类故障发生概率最高，进而针对性地提出了提高升船机运行可靠性的建议。

Abstract: The reliability model of a ship lifter is constructed based on its operation records.The reliability of the ship lifter is calculated.It is found that the majority of malfunction happens in driving unit and sensors have highest fault rate.The measures to improve the reliability of the ship lifter is suggested.
