Abstract: Safety is the eternal theme of shipping,shipping industry is a typical high-risk industry. Safety management chain is long,including "man,machine,environment,management" and other factors,there are many weak links.The crew in the sea for a long time to work and live in a closed space,and the boundary is fuzzy,according to the International Maritime Organization（IMO）statistics,more than 80% of maritime safety accidents are caused by human factors. Therefore,it is necessary to find relevant countermeasures to avoid accidents caused by human factors,so as to continuously improve the safety performance of the company.
