进江海船航行中失控应急抛锚出链长度量化研究

    Quantitative study on the chain length of emergency anchoring for out of control vessels sailing in Yangtze River

    • 摘要: 在船舶通航密度大的水域,海船在正常航行中突然失控会面临极大的风险,紧急情况下的应急抛锚操纵是船舶自身可用的最后手段,合适的出链长度事关应急抛锚的有效性。针对船舶航行中失控的特点,通过分析应急抛锚时锚链的受力计算不同航速对应不同出链长度时的锚链受力大小。结合锚设备的安全负荷,提出应急抛锚时合适的出链长度以及安全实用的操作方案,并通过实船验证其有效性,以期为驾引人员应急抛锚操纵提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The sudden loss of control during navigation of a seagoing vessel will bring great risks while in waters with high traffic density. Emergency anchoring is the last available measures to the vessel herself. The appropriate length of the chain is related to the effectiveness of emergency anchoring and will have a direct impact on the consequences of losing control because the chain is too short to achieve the desired effect while the chain is too long can easily break or even losing the anchor. Based on the analysis of the chain tension during emergency anchoring,this paper calculates the force on the chain at different ship’s speeds corresponding to different length of the chain,compares the chain safe load,and puts forward appropriate length and safety operation during emergency anchoring,It has been verified in practice and is expect to provide a certain reference for emergency anchoring.
