Abstract: In all kinds of personal casualty accidents in the shipping industry,the majority of front-line crew members are both the direct initiators and victims of accidents.Over the years,the industry has analyzed and studied the causes of a large number of various accidents at sea,most of which are caused by unsafe behaviors of crew members.The unsafe behavior is dominated by the psychological activity of the crew at that time. Therefore,from the safety of the crew psychological factors to explore the cause of the accident. It is of great practical significance to control the unsafe psychology of crew members to improve the safety management of shipping enterprises.
