梳式滑道井字梁匹配预制施工

    • 摘要: 梳式滑道井字梁具有预制精度要求高、体积大、底部几何线型不规则、多棱角的特点,是水运工程中较为复杂的工艺,类似项目较少,缺乏相关可参考的经验,为确保井字梁水下安装时的几何线型,将桥梁工程中短线匹配的施工理念应用到滑道井字梁预制中,取得了良好的应用效果;布置了存放区域,并对地基承载力进行了复核;设计应用了适应的支架体系和模板系统,对支架体系进行了复核,受力满足要求,使用三向千斤顶,在每次预制井字梁施工时均对模板数据进行复核,极大地提高了井字梁的预制精度;设计应用了自动开合的内模板,利用模板自身质量的作用下实现了模板的快速开合,提高了施工效率。可为滑道井字梁预制施工提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Comb slideway well beam is a complex process in water transportation engineering,with high precasting accuracy,large volume,irregular bottom geometry and many edges and angles. There are few similar projects,and there is a lack of relevant reference experience. In order to ensure the geometric shape of the shaft beam during underwater installation,the construction concept of matching short and medium lines of bridge engineering is applied to the prefabrication of slideway well beam. Good application results have been obtained. The storage area is arranged and the bearing capacity of the foundation is checked. A suitable support system and formwork system are designed and applied,and the support system is reviewed,and the force meets the requirements. Three-way jacks are used to review the formwork data during each prefabrication of the well-shaped beam,which greatly improves the precast accuracy of the well-shaped beam. The inner template with automatic opening and closing is designed and applied. The rapid opening and closing of the template is realized under the action of the template’s own weight,and the construction efficiency is improved. It can provide reference for prefabrication of chute well beam.
