Abstract: Shipping has the natural ecological advantages of low energy consumption and less pollution,and is an important starting point for the transportation industry to achieve green and low-carbon transformation. Guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and from the perspective of "all elements and whole process of shipping",the evaluation index system of green development of inland shipping is constructed by analytic hierarchy process. The research results enrich the theoretical system in the field of green transportation and provide a new perspective and paradigm for the theoretical framework of green shipping evaluation. It will help relevant departments grasp the current level of green development of inland shipping and formulate more environmentally friendly and efficient development strategies,so as to better promote the high-quality development of inland shipping.
