区间直觉模糊集的港口水域船舶航行环境风险评价

    Navigational Risk Assessment of Water Areas in Ports with Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

    • 摘要: 针对船舶在港口水域航行环境复杂、风险多变和事故频发等问题,需对其进行全面评估。从自然、航道、交通和管理等4个因素考虑,筛选能见度等12项指标,建立港口水域船舶航行环境风险评价指标体系。考虑风险评价信息的不确定性、模糊性和犹豫性等特征,构建基于区间直觉模糊集的风险评价模型,利用加权算数平均算子实现评价信息集成,采用区间直觉模糊熵确定评价指标权重,通过区间直觉模糊数的相似度判定风险评价等级,并对算例进行实证分析。结果表明:该模型在船舶航行环境风险评价方面具有较好的适用性,评价结果能有效判定其风险因素和等级,为制定港口水域船舶风险防范措施提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: An evaluation Index System for the risk assessment is constructed. 12 indexes are defined, reflecting the natural condition, waterway situation, traffic density and management of a port. A risk evaluation model is constructed on the basis of an interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set for the uncertainty, fuzziness and hesitancy of the raw information in nature. Basic evaluation information is integrated by means of the weighted arithmetic averaging operator. The weights of the indexes are defined according to the interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. The level of risk is determined according to the similarity between interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Empirical analysis is performed and satisfactory results are achieved.
