深海半潜水产养殖场船舶防撞预警系统研发
A Collision Alarm System for Ships Sailing in Deep Sea Submersible Aquaculture Farm

摘要: 为解决深海半潜水产养殖场周边的船舶航行安全问题,设计一套深海半潜水产养殖场船舶防撞预警系统。该系统由多功能基站、虚拟航标和管理软件等组成,基站系统集船舶自动识别系统(AutomaticI dentificationSystem,AIS)信息收发,甚高频(Very High Frequency,VHF)、甚高频数字选择呼叫(VHF Digital Selective Calling,VHF-DSC)和渔业电台预警信息播发等功能于一体。对深海半潜水产养殖场船舶防撞预警系统进行关键性设计和重要算法研究,开发仿真模拟测试软件并对系统功能进行测试。在模拟测试基础上,采用"海巡1620"轮对位于福建省福鼎市台山岛东南部海域的深海半潜水产养殖场进行综合性实船测试。结果表明:该系统实现船舶航行各种异常行为的快速检测,预警信息的播发与显示,各项功能和性能指标完全达到设计要求。研究通过对养殖水域复杂的航路变化特征分析,提出对应的警示与预警判断处置模型,设计实现系统多功能基站和应用软件,显著提高船舶通过该水域时的智能助航水平。Abstract: This system is composed of a multifunction base station, virtue navigation marks and a set of management software. The base station integrates functions such as AIS(Automatic Identification System) signal receiving and transmitting, VHF(Very High Frequency) and VHF-DSC(VHF Digital Selective Calling) and fishery radio alarm signal transmission. Key points and fundamental algorithms of the system are studied. A simulator is developed for the software and system function testing. Sea trials are conducted on ship Haixun 1620 in water area at the southeast of Taishan Island, Fuding of Fujian Province, and the results reported.
