基于AIS数据的集装箱码头水域繁忙度分析

摘要: 为总结集装箱码头水域的繁忙分布时间和空间的分布规律特点,优化港口资源配置供给,基于船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System, AIS),提取船舶在港轨迹信息和数据,建立集装箱码头水域的航道通航繁忙度和侯泊作业繁忙度分析模型。新加坡港是全球抵港船舶艘次最多的港口,因此,选取新加坡集装箱码头水域作为案例进行分析。结果表明:新加坡集装箱码头侯泊作业系统全天处于满负荷工作状态,船舶集中抵达新加坡港作业的时间集中在凌晨,新加坡港的航道水域整体相对开阔,但在港区附近由于泊位和锚地集中度较高,附近水域航道相对较为繁忙。该研究成果可供港口管理部门和运营企业优化资源配置,改善码头水域的基础设施条件提供参考。Abstract: The model is developed for analyzing the busy degree of container terminal water area as for number of ships navigating or waiting-for-berth handling is concerned. Singapore harbor, the most accessed port in the world, is studied as an example. The research shows that Singapore harbor operates at full load all day long. In general, Singapore harbor water area is broad, but the anchorage and Berths are too concentrated, so, when a great number of ships arrives in the morning, the harbor water area is very busy.
