内河LNG燃料动力船隧洞通航燃料泄漏风险评估研究

摘要: 为科学评估LNG燃料动力船在通航隧洞内的泄漏风险,分别量化分析了船舶在通航隧洞中可能发生的LNG泄漏的风险概率和泄漏后果,采用事故树法对事故发生概率进行了计算,采用Fluent对泄漏后果进行建模仿真。研究结果表明,LNG燃料动力船风险事故最大概率为1.00×10-5,相关人员面临的风险概率处于可接受水平;通过仿真,得到风可有效减小LNG泄漏危害范围,LNG泄漏孔径越大危害范围越大,同时在人员窒息、爆炸、火灾三种风险后果中火灾危险范围最广,最大危险范围达609 m2,人员窒息危险范围最小,危险面积仅有0.008 m2,LNG燃料动力船在通航隧洞内发生LNG泄漏事故后果较严重。Abstract: The probability of LNG leakage out of the ships in a tunnel and the consequences are estimated quantitatively. The fault tree analysis is used to calculate the leakage probability and the consequences are modeled and simulated by means of Fluent. The research finds that the probability of accident for LNG ships is less than 1.00×10-5, well under acceptable level. But the simulations indicate that the consequences could be extremely serious if a leakage does happen. The most dangerous consequence is fire, which will endanger an area up to 609 m2; The area causing people suffocating is the least, only 0.008 m2; The coverage of explosion is in between. As one may expect, the bigger the size of leakage hole, the more serious the accident and good ventilation can effectively alleviate the danger.
