吞吐量“偏移-分享”对我国集装箱港口集中度的影响研究

    On the Impact of Shift-Sharing of Handling Capacity on the Concentration Ratio of Container Port Business

    • 摘要: 伴随着我国集装箱吞吐能力的快速增长,集装箱港口行业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈,港口体系的竞争格局也在不断地发生改变。行业集中度体现了一个行业竞争和垄断的程度,基于港口行业现状,对我国集装箱港口体系的集中程度进行研究,总结我国集装箱港口体系发展规律,对我国集装箱港口体系的演变影响因素进行探讨。文章以我国五大港口群为研究对象,首先计算了2010年至2019年各港口群的赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数和基尼系数,然后分析了我国近10 a的集装箱港口行业市场集中度情况,最后基于偏移-分享模型对我国港口集装箱吞吐量偏移份额进行了研究。研究结果表明:我国集装箱港口行业整体层次分级明显,集中度较低,呈逐年下降趋势;五大港口群内部竞争更加激烈;港口吞吐量增量变化会导致其偏移增量发生改变,进而会影响集中度的变化。

       

      Abstract: The five port groups in China are investigated to find the concentration ratio of container port business and its development law and the influencing factors. Herfindahl-Hirschman Indexes for each port group are calculated according to the data in the period 2010-2019 and the concentration ratio of container port business in China is analyzed. The percentage of container handling capacity shift is investigated with the shift-sharing model. The research indicates that there is a solid hierarchic structure in container port business; the concentration ratio of the business is low and has been going down year by year; and fierce competition can be seen among the 5 port groups. The change of handling capacity will lead to the change of shift increment and then the concentration ratio of the business.
