The method of optimizing parameter identification with Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell（PEMFC） is researched. There exist some unknown parameters in a PEMFC model. The research focuses on finding the optimal estimation of those unknown parameters in the sense of least mean square error. The leakage current is added to the model for better identification accuracy.
