Virtual test platform in design and application of intelligent navigation system

Based on function requirement analysis, an intelligent navigation system particularly for cargo ships sailing in the Suez Canal is developed. The virtual test platform that simulates a ship in operation is used to verify functions of the navigation system. An Intelligent navigation system consists of a variety of modules, such as perception, decision-making, control, actuator, feedback, etc. The virtual test platform provides necessary environment for testing all the modules and the complete system and plays an indispensable role.
